Who is this website for?

The goal of this site is to promote the benefits of getting and staying fit primarily to teenagers in Romania (I am a Romanian teenager) but I hope it also is a useful and inspiring resource for anyone who wants to enjoy the long term benefits of a fit and healthy lifestyle.
